The State of Florida has instituted a mandatory 14 day quarantine of guests arriving from New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Louisiana. To comply with those restrictions, we are sadly not able to accept guests from those states at this time. Deposits will be fully refunded for guests with existing reservations from those states upon cancellation.
All guests MUST adhere to the social distancing guidelines & respiratory hygiene/cough etiquette standards set forth by the CDC, State of Florida, local health authorities and our hotel policies. These include: proper coverage of sneezes & coughs and social distancing of 6ft or more between all guests not from the same household and between all guests and staff while on the property, including all pool decks and outdoor spaces. We strictly enforce this policy and reserve the right to ask guests who do not adhere to the policy to leave the premises without a refund. Guests must complete a COVID-19 symptoms screening form upon arrival.
Check-In and Check-Out Times
Check-in is 3 pm. Check-out is by 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available, depending on availability and should be requested in advance. If you plan to arrive after 8pm, please let us know in advance. Check-in and check-out are now contact-less. It is necessary to have a valid mobile phone number and email address on file in order to receive check-in instructions and your guest room code. All information regarding our hotel will be made available electronically upon check-in.
Limited guest parking is available in our parking lot on the north side of the hotel on Somerset Ave. This guest parking is first-come first-serve and requires a complimentary parking pass.
You may also park on Mandalay Avenue, Somerset Street or Poinsettia Avenue unless posted otherwise. We do not guarantee parking for our guests as it is on a first come basis. During weekends and holidays, traffic coming onto Clearwater Beach may be heavy at times so be prepared for possible delays.

- Our heated pool is open year-round (Pool is available for registered guest use 9am-8pm. Quiet hours are 9pm-8am.)
- Locally roasted Kahwa coffee served 7:30am-10am every day on our pool deck
Rates and Taxes
Rates do not include 7% Florida State Sales Tax or 6% Pinellas County Resort Tax. Room rates are subject to change without notice.

A one-night room charge deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due upon check in and payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks or cash.
- Deposits for full cancellations will be refunded only if cancelled 30 days or more from the date of arrival.
- No refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than 30 days from the date of arrival for any reason.
- We are happy to accommodate arrival or departure date changes as occupancy allows with 30 days advance notice before your scheduled arrival date.
Group reservations consisting of three or more rooms are final and deposits are completely non-refundable.
Rooms with one queen or king size bed can accommodate up to two guests. Children do qualify as guests. We strictly enforce our maximum guest per room policy and reserve the right to ask guests who do not adhere to the policy to leave the premises without a refund.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older with proper ID to check in. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a guest 21 years or older during the full course of their stay. Guests must be 25 years of age or older with proper ID for Spring Break stays.
No Smoking Whatsoever
We are a 100% smoke free facility; smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including the courtyard, sundeck, or parking area on Somerset Street. We strictly enforce our smoking policy and reserve the right to ask guests who do not adhere to the policy to leave the premises without a refund and a fine of $250.
In order to maintain our property and rooms in first class condition, we no longer accept pets. We strictly enforce our pet policy and reserve the right to ask guests who do not adhere to the policy to leave the premises without a refund and a fine of $250.
While accidents do happen, guests will be financially responsible for damage due to negligence.
