Hotel Cabana Policies
Check-In and Check-Out Times
Check-in is 3 pm. Check-out is by 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available, depending on availability and should be requested in advance. If you plan to arrive after 8pm, please let us know in advance. Check-in and check-out are now contact-less. It is necessary to have a valid mobile phone number and email address on file in order to receive check-in instructions and your guest room code. All information regarding our hotel will be made available electronically upon check-in.
For guests staying at the Main Hotel (Petite Rooms, Cabana Suites, One Bedroom Suites and the Queen + Bunk Suite) we cannot guarantee parking, but we make every effort to assist all guests in securing parking. Limited parking spaces are available for hotel guests on the north side of the property on Somerset Street and all guests receive a parking pass to access those spaces. Metered parking spaces in front of the hotel are open to the public and are convenient for hotel guests. We can provide pre-paid passes for metered spaces on a first-come, first-served basis during normal front desk hours only. Free and safe street parking is available on Mandalay Avenue, Somerset Street and Poinsettia Avenue.
For guests staying at the Vacation Rentals (Two Bedroom Suite, Deluxe King Suites, King Suites and King Studios) one parking space is provided. There is no availability for additional vehicles.
During weekends and holidays, traffic coming onto Clearwater Beach may be heavy at times so be prepared for possible delays.

- Our heated pool is open year-round (Pool is available for registered guest use 9am-8pm. Quiet hours are 9pm-8am.)
- Locally roasted Kahwa coffee served 7:30am-10am every day on our pool deck
Rates and Taxes
Rates do not include 7% Florida State Sales Tax or 6% Pinellas County Resort Tax. Room rates are subject to change without notice.
Hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
A one-night room charge deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due upon check in and payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks or cash.
- Deposits for full cancellations will be refunded only if cancelled 30 days or more from the date of arrival.
- No refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than 30 days from the date of arrival for any reason.
- We are happy to accommodate arrival or departure date changes as occupancy allows with 30 days advance notice before your scheduled arrival date.
Group reservations consisting of three or more rooms are final and deposits are completely non-refundable.
Guest Room Maximum Occupancies
Rooms with one queen or king size bed can accommodate up to two guests. Children do qualify as guests. We strictly enforce our maximum guest per room policy and reserve the right to ask guests who do not adhere to the policy to leave the premises without a refund.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older with proper ID to check in. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a guest 21 years or older during the full course of their stay. Guests must be 25 years of age or older with proper ID for Spring Break stays which are all stays in February, March and April.
No Smoking Whatsoever
We are a 100% smoke free facility; smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including the courtyard, sundeck, or parking area on Somerset Street. We strictly enforce our smoking policy and reserve the right to ask guests who do not adhere to the policy to leave the premises without a refund and a fine of $250.
In order to maintain our property and rooms in first class condition, we no longer accept pets. We strictly enforce our pet policy and reserve the right to ask guests who do not adhere to the policy to leave the premises without a refund and a fine of $250.
While accidents do happen, guests will be financially responsible for damage due to negligence.
