We’ve been welcoming Clearwater Beach travelers since 1947, beginning as Coca Cabana and later known by other names, including North Sunrise Motel. Through it all, we’ve maintained an approachable, beachy vibe that echoes the breezy atmosphere of our favorite area. Today, our refreshed property blends all-new furnishings and modern comforts in hotel rooms, suites, and vacation rentals, with a clean 1960s beach feel. It’s our way of honoring our old Florida roots, just steps from the sand.
